Ingredients :
- Chicken
- Rice
- Red Onion
- Butter
- Tasteless Condensed Milk
- Fresh Water
- Vegetable Oil
- Curry Powder
- Turmeric Powder (ผงขมิ้น)
- Coriander Ground (ลูกผักชีป่น)
- Cumin Seeds Ground
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cinnamon Pure Ground (อบเชยป่น)
- Cardamom (กระวาน)
- Spring Onion (ต้นหอม)
- Coriander (ผักชี)
- Goat Pepper (พรกชี้ฟ้า)
- Vinegar (น้ำส้มสายชู)
- Ginger
- Salt
- Sugar
- Fresh Water
- Clean the chicken and pick by the fork.
- Mix the Ingredient for Curry Powder together. Divide it to two parts.
- Take the first part to pickle the chicken for an hour.
- Slice the red onion and divide it to two parts and fry the first part.
- Fry the second part of red onion with the butter. When the red onion become the yellow one, put the chicken into the pan.
- Fry the chicken to the medium rare.
- Take the chicken of the pan and leave it.
- Put the second part of the curry powder into the pan and fry it until it is fragrance. Then put the rice which is wash by water.
- Put the rice that is fried into the rice cooker.
- Also put the chicken to the rice cooker and fill a little water.
- Done when the rice is cooked.
- Boiled A little of water.
- Put salt and sugar into the pot and stir it until it is melt.
- Take it out of fire and put it the vinegar.
- Put all of the ingredients of sauce into the blender and blend it.
