Ingredients:
- Pork (เนื้อหมู) : Can be changed to be meat or fish.
- Coconut Milk (กะทิ)
- The component of chilli that made for Green Curry - In thai call "Prik Gaeng": Maybe you can buy in thai or indian store
- Vegetable Oil.
- Eggplant (มะเขื่อยาว): Slice for 2 Inch.
- Fish Sauce
- Coconut palm sugar or brown sugar
- Kaffir Lime (ใบมะกรูด) : Tear the middle branch off.
- Goat pepper (พริกชี้ฟ้า).
- Sweet Basil (โหระพา)
How to cook :
- Boil Pork with Coconut milk and water until the pork is cooked
- Stir-fry the Prik Gaeng with vegetable oil until you get sweat smelling.
- Pour the coconut milk and stir it until it blend.
- Put the component of Prik Gaeng to the pot of pork and boil it.
- put the eggplant in the pot.
- Flavour with fish sauce and brown sugar.
- Put the Goat Pepper and Sweet Basil in the pot.
Done.
P.S. : Thai Jasmine Rice is recomended but you can eat with the noodle too.
