Ladna - ราดหน้า

The Next food that I want to present is Ladna. It is a type of noodle.

One of the great advantages of thai food, especially thai noodle is : You can also get protien cabohidrate vitamin in the same time when you eat it.

Ingredients:
  1. Pork
  2. Chinese vegetable (คะน้า)
  3. fresh Water
  4. Boar Bone Soup Stock (น้ำต้มกระดูกหมู)
  5. Thai pepper
  6. Garlic
  7. Soybean Sauce (ซีอิ๊ว)
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Soybean
  10. Salt
  11. Tapioca (แป้งมัน)
  12. noodle
How to Cook :
  1. Ferment the pork by mixing soybean sauce, tapioca, thai pepper and a little vegetable oil together.
  2. Put the Slice pork into the composition and mix it.
  3. Leave it for an half of hour.
  4. fry the noodle with oil and soybean sauce until the noodle is coat with the soybean sauce and leave it.
  5. Mix the Tapioca with water. leave it
  6. Stir-fry the soybean and garlic in the oil.
  7. Put Chinese vegetable in the pan and stir it then put a few cup of the water.
  8. When it boil, put the composition of pork.
  9. When the water is boil again, drop the composition of tapioca into the pan until you feel it is glutinous. While you drop the composition of tapioca, you should stir it all the time.
  10. Put the noodle on the plate and then put the composition onto it.
P.S.: noodle can be replaced by rice.
Pork can be replaced by any meat you like.
Carrots can be used.
